Day 1 - Arrival in Austin + Welcome
Following transfers to your hotel, it's time to settle in, relax, and enjoy the property's amenities. Or head into downtown to explore this charismatic city. In the evening, you will meet the group for a welcome aperitif and dinner at the hotel's fine-dining restaurant.
Day 2 - F1 US Grand Prix (Qualifying)
Your Austin F1 package kicks off with Grand Prix hospitality in either the Paddock Club or Champions Club. Get superb views of qualifying from your luxurious hospitality suite, enjoy warm Texan hospitality and a VIP qualifying experience.
Day 3 - F1 US Grand Prix (Race Day)
Today is race day! Take in the Austin Grand Prix in style with enviable views of the action on track from your luxurious hospitality suite. We also recommend exploring the vibrant sights, sounds, and entertainment taking place throughout COTA.
Day 4 - Rest Day | Optional dinner with an F1 Driver
Enjoy a relaxed start to the day followed by time to explore, shop, dine, or take in Austin's world-famous live music scene. In the evening, you can enjoy dinner at an award-winning Austin institution with fan favourite F1 driver, Daniel Ricciardo.
Day 5 - Departure and Farewell
Enjoy a sleep-in and a leisurely breakfast. Check-out from the hotel is midday. From here the day is yours before transfers and onward travel plans.
